Website Care Plans & Maintenance in San Antonio, TX
My website care plan is $99 per month and includes updates, backups, security monitoring, ongoing maintenance, and direct help from me when your site needs attention.
The software behind a business website needs regular updates. Hackers and automated bots probe small-business sites every day, whether the company has ten employees or one. A site without reliable backups is also one bad update, broken plugin, or hosting problem away from a stressful day. I’m Maria, owner-operator of Breck AI Media, and I handle that ongoing work so San Antonio owners do not have to become part-time website administrators.
A care plan is not a vague promise that I will “keep an eye on things.” It is a routine for maintenance, protection, recovery, and practical updates. The goal is simple: keep the website you paid for working well after launch, and give you one person to contact when something needs attention.
What’s covered in every care plan
Software updates & patches
Website platforms, plugins, integrations, and server tools change constantly. I apply updates deliberately, check for conflicts, and confirm that important pages and forms still work afterward. Delaying patches can leave known security holes open; installing everything blindly can break a live site. My job is to manage the middle ground safely.
Automated backups
I maintain recurring backups so a clean copy is available when a bad update, accidental edit, or technical failure causes trouble. A backup only matters if it can be found and restored, so I manage the process instead of assuming a forgotten tool is doing its job. Recovery is much calmer when the files and content already exist somewhere safe.
Security monitoring
I watch for signs that the site is unavailable, compromised, or behaving unexpectedly. I also keep basic protections current and respond when monitoring finds a real issue. No website can be made invincible, but current software, sensible access controls, and early alerts make a major difference compared with discovering a problem through a customer.
Hosting management
Hosting affects speed, uptime, certificates, domains, and whether your website loads at all. I handle the routine management and coordinate technical fixes instead of sending you into a support chat with no context. If the site needs a hosting change, I explain why in plain English before moving anything.
Small content changes
Business details change even when the design does not. Send me the new hours, corrected sentence, replacement photo, current menu, updated staff detail, or short announcement and I will make the focused change. Keeping information current protects customer confidence and supports the accurate local signals used in my local SEO work.
Priority support
You reach me directly, not a ticket queue that makes you repeat the problem to three different people. I already know how your website is built, which means I can understand the request and act faster. When an urgent issue appears, active care-plan clients receive priority over one-off requests from sites I do not manage.
The $99/month plan
Most clients choose the straightforward $99-per-month plan. It includes everything above: managed updates, backups, monitoring, hosting oversight, small content changes, and direct priority support. The plan is intentionally simple. I do not create confusing bronze, silver, and gold tiers designed to push you toward features you do not need.
If you request a new page, a major feature, or a full visual overhaul, I will scope that separately and get your approval first. Routine care remains routine care. If the site has outgrown its current design, my website redesign service is the better place to start than trying to patch around a larger problem.
Who needs a care plan
A care plan is for the busy owner who wants the website to do its job without becoming another weekly task. It fits contractors, restaurants, professional services, local shops, and growing teams that depend on calls and inquiries but do not have an in-house website person. It is especially useful when one missed lead is worth more than a month of care.
It also helps owners who have been relying on a friend, a former employee, or a developer who no longer answers. I document access, keep the routine organized, and tell you honestly when a request is maintenance versus new project work. You retain ownership of your business assets, and you always know who is responsible for the next step.
Care supports the rest of your marketing too. A current, fast, dependable site gives your search work a better foundation and protects the investment you made in professional design. Read my guide on why small businesses need a professional website or browse all San Antonio services.
